Batesland School: 

Make-up testing for MAPs will continue this week. 

Monday: 6th and 7th-grade field trip to Keystone Gold Mine. 

Lakota Engagement Night from 5:00-7:30 pm in the C-Bear Gym. Ribbon Shirt/Skirt Making, Drum making, and presentation by the BEAR Program. 

Tuesday: 2nd grade field trip to Rushville Greenhouse.

Friday: Pre-K field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. 

Early release at 1:00 pm. 


Red Shirt School: Regular week, but pretend testing is ongoing!  Go to bed early and get on the bus!

Monday: Regular day, high levels of student learning.

Tuesday: Regular day.  Girls are beading after school.

Wednesday: Regular day.

Thursday:  Regular day.

Friday:  Regular Friday.  It's a short day for students. Staff Co-Lab in the afternoon.

Wolf Creek School:

Spirit week at Wolf Creek School.

Monday- Superhero Day Dress as your favorite superhero

1st-grade field trip

Tuesday- Decades Day  dress in your favorite decade 

Wednesday- color day- Pre-Kinder- Purple  D wing- red  C wing- white- B wing- Black

 5th-grade field trip

Thursday- twin day

6th-grade field trip

Friday- tie dye neon day.  End of NWEA testing early release at 1 pm.  7th grade boys field trip to SDSM&T. Cookies with caregivers 10:30-12:00


Lakota Tech Events:

This week is teacher and staff appreciation week. Please let the teachers and staff at Lakota Tech know how much you appreciate them!  


Make-up testing for MAPs will continue throughout the week. 


Remember to visit our school website or Facebook page to sign up your student for credit recovery summer school. This is for students who have attempted and failed a core class and some electives. It will help them recoup their required courses so that they can graduate on time.
